Elzamech Foundry was founded in 1994 as a result of the restricting of Zamech Mechanical Factory. Casting traditions dates back to 1946. The Company specializes in single units and short series production of reliable nodular iron castings up to 20 000 kg and grey iron castings up to 30 000 kg. Together with a network of qualified suppliers Elzamech offers a full range of customer services from design through construction of foundry equipment, production of castings and their machining , painting and shipping. The company guarantees high quality, timely delivery and competitive prices.
The primary objective of the quality policy is to produce high quality castings that meets customer’s requirements. Elzamech Foundry applies The Integrated Management System that meets the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2004, ISO 14001:2015 and PN-N 18001: 2004.
Components made by Elzamech fulfil the requirements of the World Qualification Society – Lloyd’s Register. The integrated permit no. OŚ.PŚ.7650-8/08/09 valid until 30-01-2019 was received by Elzamech on 30-01-2009.
